Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the w117 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use w117's services. These terms apply to all users who register or access our platform in Malaysia.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as full acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest information.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on w117. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. w117 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to suspend accounts that submit false information.

The minimum age to register is 18 years old.
One account per person; duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
Personal information must be kept up to date whenever there are any changes.
W117 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the w117 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, account manipulation, or money laundering.
Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means.
Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to other users or w117 staff.
Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

Violation of any of these rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable.

Payment Information & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the w117 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and that the source of funds used is legitimate.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with w117's internal review policy. w117 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current terms.
Bonuses earned through promotions are subject to their own wagering requirements.
W117 is not responsible for any third-party transaction fees charged by banks or payment service providers.
Any attempted payment fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

W117 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Verified balances in accounts closed unjustly will be returned in accordance with internal review procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and brand names of w117 are the exclusive property of w117. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from w117.

Third-Party Links, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

The w117 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. w117 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access those links at their own risk.

W117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
